Privacy & SMS Policy

Who we are

LaniHQ (“we,” “us”) is a Houston, Texas based managed growth infrastructure firm. We build and manage websites, customer systems, automation, integrations, reporting, and related technical operations for local businesses. Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly (name, email, phone number, business details, newsletter preferences, and an optional voice message) when you contact us, join the LaniHQ field-notes list, or become a client. When we operate messaging campaigns on behalf of a client business, we process contact information that the client provides about its own leads and customers. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

Text messages sent through our systems are sent on behalf of the business you have an existing relationship with (for example, a company you requested a quote from or purchased from). By providing your phone number to that business, you consented to be contacted about your inquiry or account.

How we use information

An unfinished Systems Review reminder is related only to the review you started. It does not subscribe you to an ongoing marketing list.

Newsletter signup is optional and separate. Every marketing email will identify LaniHQ and provide a way to unsubscribe. We retain an unsubscribe record so the request remains honored.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Opt-out requests are retained so they stay honored.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to opt out of communications, email [email protected] or reply STOP to any text.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always live at this page.
