Program description
On our Systems Review form, you may separately opt in to non-marketing texts about your systems review, appointment scheduling and reminders, inquiry follow-up, and requests for feedback or a review after work is completed, or marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and new service updates. Message frequency varies. Website program texts are sent from (832) 365-4910.
Feedback and review requests are sent from (832) 551-2187, only to clients who chose the non-marketing texts. A client receives one request and at most one reminder after work is completed.
Callers to (832) 551-3720 may choose one customer-care text confirming that LaniHQ received their voicemail. This phone program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to opt in to LaniHQ text messages.
Website opt-in
Each website SMS choice is optional and unchecked by default. Enter your phone number and check the box for each program you want before continuing or submitting the form. Providing a phone number alone does not give SMS consent. You can request a review without opting in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We record your choices, phone number, disclosure version, and the time the choices are received.
Voicemail opt-in
Before voicemail, callers hear the disclosure below. Pressing 1 records consent for one confirmation text. Staying on the line or pressing another digit continues to voicemail without a text.

Infrastructure alerts
LaniHQ Infrastructure Alerts is an operational monitoring program for the owner and authorized administrators of LANI HQ LLC. It sends website and service outage notifications, reminders approximately once per hour while an outage continues, and recovery confirmations. Message frequency varies with incidents. This program does not send marketing texts or customer review requests.
To request these alerts, an authorized administrator may text START to (832) 915-3148. A LaniHQ administrator reviews the inbound request before enabling alerts for that number. Delivery begins only after carrier registration is approved and the administrator activates the subscription. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
