Program description

LaniHQ offers an optional customer-care text confirmation for callers who leave a voicemail. The message confirms that we received the voicemail and that a member of our team will follow up. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How consent is collected

During the call, the caller may press 1 after hearing the following disclosure. Pressing 1 records consent for the confirmation message. The caller may stay on the line and leave a voicemail without consenting to text messages.

Thank you for calling Laney H Q. To receive one text confirming your voicemail, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. After this message, press 1. Otherwise, stay on the line. Press 1 now.

Message frequency and charges

LaniHQ sends one automated confirmation for each voicemail where the caller presses 1. Additional messages may be sent only as needed to respond to the caller's inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
