FIELD SERVICE SOFTWARE

ServiceTitan, with the website built around it.

ServiceTitan runs dispatch, jobs, estimates, invoicing, and memberships for larger trade shops, most often in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. LaniHQ does not replace it. We build the website, missed-call follow-up, review requests, and reporting around it, and when the shop uses ServiceTitan’s online booking, we put that booking on the site.

WHAT WE CONNECT

What actually moves.

Scope depends on the systems already in place. These are the connections that usually matter most.

  • 01

ServiceTitan online booking placed on the website, when the shop already uses it

  • 02

Missed calls answered with a text that points the caller to online booking

  • 03

Lead source recorded on the website side, so booked jobs can be matched back to the channel that produced them

  • 04

Review requests sent after finished jobs, on a routine the office controls

  • 05

Separate pages for emergency service, repairs, and replacements, so each request reaches the site with the right expectations

Where this usually breaks.

Specific to ServiceTitan, and worth checking whether or not we do the work.

  • The website form emails the office while online booking sits unused, so requests live in two places

  • Online booking offered for job types dispatch cannot actually schedule that way

  • Lead source lost between the website and the booked job

  • Review requests sent before the job is actually complete

Common questions.

Do I have to stop using ServiceTitan to work with LaniHQ?

No. ServiceTitan stays the system for dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and memberships. We build the website and follow-up around it.

Can ServiceTitan online booking go on my website?

If the shop has it switched on, yes. We place it where visitors decide to get in touch and limit it to the job types dispatch is happy to book that way.

Should we switch from ServiceTitan to something cheaper?

Only if the measured benefit clearly beats the switching cost. Moving jobs, memberships, and history is expensive, and a better website rarely needs a different field platform.
